Tips to effortmaxx?
Obviously good E + Aa regiment and stay consistent
Wearing waist trainer/corset
Pioglitizone for weight gain (ordered haven’t tried)
Also works well with E and pio will help you gain weight in a feminizing way.
Ghk-cu peptide (boosts collagen) is quite helpful imho, but a little overrated.
Skincare (must imo)


Expensive stuff now
Botox/filler (haven’t done any). There’s also something called traptox that’d help reduce trap size

Surgeries, such as ffs, BA, rib countering, trachea shave, BBL, etc.

I guess later in transition is haircair at salons (like getting your hair done).
Nails, being honest I’ve seen women have press ons and look good, don’t need to spend too much money on it.
Clothes/purses, later in transition it’d help, can just buy clothes from China or TikTok, or just go thrifting, literally don’t have to spend thousands on clothes.

I'm putting a shit ton of effort into losing weight (to delete my ugly male-looking gut) and skincare and dressing like a normal woman my age but i KNOW im bottlenecked by my fucking brow ridge.

also op you missed voice therapy/training and laser facial hair removal/electrolysis.

went from complete sedentarism to working out every day once i started hrt,, it feels so good knowing ur gains will go towards something that'll make you happy, instead of dysphoric

For me it was the opposite wtf
Pre hrt I was gym repping and hitting it 5x a week to silence the voices
Now post hrt im not going back, my back is still muscular.

to be fair, i did waste away for a long ass time cuz getting on hrt was this huge barrier of entry to effortmaxxing (i was repping as well), so finally working out was a form of catharsis yk
