- I usually always start the day with some kind of american breakfast with iced coffee: Starbucks, McDonalds, IHOP, local breakfast places, stuff like that
- Then I pick 1 of 5 types of food for my second meal: fast food, various asian places(korean, vietnamese, japanese, chinese), sub sandwiches, mexican or greek diners
- Then later at night I usually eat fast food

I actually found out recently at a weight loss clinic that I don't properly make the hormone that tells me I'm feeling full. Which makes sense that I always overeat until I feel sick as my way of stopping. So hopefully once I start getting those hormone treatment shots and then one of those weight loss drugs I'll start being less fat and more functional.

I bought 5 large sweet potatoes honestly could have used more
baked them at 400f until fully cooked (40 min one side 30 min on the other)
let that cool
slice up a bunch of green onions, and put 2 sticks of melted butter and the green onions in a metal baking dish or cast iron pan (ideal)
dice up the sweet potatoes
add a bit of salt and vinegar (or you could use yogurt or sour cream etc)
cinnamon
bake it at 350 for 40 min (so the butter doesnt burn)
top it with honey and aged cheddar
bake it for 20~ more min

One of the things about my self that I find the most interesting is that I can simultaneously have extreme body dysmorphia and feel I i'm extremely fat and thus worthless for not having a six-pack and sub 12% bodyfat despite having a body most people would be extremely happy for. And at the same time I genuinely find chubby girls and the occasional guy super cute, despite the fact i'd never allow myself to think I was attractive myself if I was that size.
