Things as a trans girl I would find 'useful' in a partner (although this is a weird way to frame it):
Gives me attention (physical and emotional), lots of cuddling, sleeping together every night, sex sometimes, enjoyable and interesting conversations, makes me laugh, cheers me up when i'm sad, comforts me, reassures me, helps make me more confident, makes me feel small and loved and cherished, says 'i love you', has a job, has a car, isn't like a total slob, encourages me, helps me with things i need help with, goes out with me and takes me places, introduces me to people, maybe buying me things sometimes would be nice (although i'm not a gold digger), generally just shows that they care about me and love me and love being around me and is happy with me.
