if you mean proper, medically diagnosable, bdd then there’s nothing that can be done. you can get therapy to cope with bdd and understand that you’re perception of yourself isn’t accurate, but there isn’t yet a way to cure it

unfortunately, bdd very often leads to people not internalizing what others say about them as it seems blatantly inaccurate to them. it’s alright for short term changes in body perception though
