it really depends on how your body/face look more than starting age if youre past puberty but still before like mid 20s

starting HRT at 18-25 is what medical guidelines recommend for when you want to get the surgery, since you'll have more tissue to work with. otherwise you can start HRT at any age lol it really doesn't matter. some people have a smoother transition by starting hormone blockers when they hit puberty but its kinda rare and its unrealistic to expect every trans person to know at an early age and it is inaccessible in most countries.
