Nietzsche was writing about a Will to Power in his published works, and in his unpublished notes he was as well, only it seemed that his definition and understanding of it changed. Jung may have been critiquing the prior, and if he was critiquing the latter, I repeat, then it's not anything awfully far from what Nietzsche really believed.
