This better be a theme of romancing an unenthusiastic pretty girl, highlighting the contrast of possessing beauty or soul, and not some gay shit I am about to look up.

Best used with violent rape, or paedophilia (reviled), to create a dissonance in the reader's mind.

If I'm not too pressed for time, I stop the car.
Snakes sunning themselves after a chilly night,
like to warm up on the road. I pick them up,
and gently put them in the underbrush so they don;t get squished.
assholes aim at animals in the road.
My buddy is terrified of snakes, but he's fascinated by how I handle wild ones.
He was driving a couple weeks ago, backroad, and...
he pointed it out to me. He backed up, and... I did my thing.
Normally, a heavy bodied black phase rat snake "blacksnake" whn wild, has been through a lot to still be alive at that age.
this one? Ws beyond friendly.
no striking, all slow calm movement,
I draped it around my neck, and even gave it free reign to do what it wanted.
It even rubbed my face, and never tried to bite once.
I'm convinced it had to be a pet, left go.
Everyone kills snakes indiscriminately, and wonders why they have mice chewing on everything. No finer mouser exists.
if you don't chase a black snake hanging around? they like to come and see what you're doing.
I had one in my house, that came into the tub shower, every time I took my long morning shower.

Can you give examples of bad adaptations of this theme?

This makes me smile. Thank you.

I'm wary of snakes because growing up my stepmom had a gartersnake pet that bit me every time I handled him. I was the only person in the house he struck. I've always been good at handling animals so this disturbed me. Where I live there are relatively few snakes and the ones I do see are usually on hikes. I don't drive but if I did I don't doubt I'd try to save snakes I saw on the road. I'd just buy a snake catcher tool first.

The most "dangerous" things I pick up are wasps/bees and spiders. They're chill if you're chill.

Man. Sure must suck to be this totally jaded and devoid of personal responsibility in life. Just like a miserable prick to see someone else doing something then trying to shit all over it

>OH YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING YOU ENJOY
>WELL LET ME TELL YOU WHY THAT'S A WASTE OF TIME!

Literal autism lol

Based. I try to do this for bees but sometimes I feel too self-conscious if there are a lot of people around. Although I should be more concerned with saving one of God's loveliest creatures rather than vainly impress God's biggest mistake.

i thought i was finally going to find out what limp bizkit was referencing when they named their album the chocolate starfish and the hotdog flavored water but instead its some weird sentimental parable for people who own precious dogs
