Actually poetry was (it still is thoughbeit) quite seductive to women during good old times. romantic poets like Lord Byron, Shelley, Pushkin, and Robert Burns were the Elvis, Morrissey, and Adam Levine of their times who were the dream boy crushes of aristocratic females.Men used to declare and express their love by passing or reciting their verses like how we do with songs today.
there are many instances even in these literary celebrities lives where they held affairs with their fans (i can vouch for shelley and byron).

I think poetry or anything meant to romance a woman is directly linked to masturbation. The more a man masturbates the less able he can romance. Although women are receivers of romance, if they are overly stimulated with social media, masturbation, porn, or attention they lose the ability to perceive romance.

I don't care at all about poetry but females that read gain at least 5 points on the attraction scale. Not sure why but I think people who read tend to be less into stupid shit that they regret later, like whoring themselves out to people who don't care about them at all, for instance.
