Financing or even just finding physical copies is starting to become a hassle, I've been pdfagging but I really wanna get back to hard-covers and filling my library. I went to a few shops near me, here in Vienna, in an attempt to cut out the middleman but none of them do anything but just basic spiral stuff.

Any ideas? Maybe we can have a printing-thread

I do exactly that.
I glue the pages together, then glue them to a 250gm photographic paper which serves as the cover.

That’s bullshit and you know it. How do you think people bind their thesis? Not to mention the online options from within and neighboring countries.
Do you even speak German? Are you a filthy immigrant?

Try a university's printing service. You can also use an on-demand printing service like lulu.com. The trouble is that no printer willing to bind the materials is going to want to print copyrighted works that don't belong to you, so either you'll be denied outright or you'll have to be careful about it (you could probably get away with this on Lulu so long as you keep it private and don't include any damning information in the tags you fill out, though I also wouldn't be surprised if they have more sophisticated systems for catching unauthorised prints of well-known books). Public domain books won't have this problem, however.

How should I go about that?

I've thought about this too. All I can think is to buy a printer and print them but I'm not sure then how to bind them. I've got about 500 epub files so on top of not knowing how to bind once printed I don't know how much all the paper and ink would cost.

As others already said there are countless online services that do it for you, I only know German providers, but they probably ship to Austria as well. Just google it.
