it's a theory from japanese fans, their reasoning is that he copied a lot form Dies Irae, so hid his name.
And so after playing all his games and watching all his works, I 100% believe it. Bit don't agree that it's about Dies Irae.
There's literally zero information about Narahara Ittetsu, except some meme from NITROPLUS that he's a dojo sword instructor, and came to them to make a game. Yep that's it.
