Just found out I have an IQ of 105 from an online test...
Welp, time to quit reading as a hobby. Was nice knowing you guys.
On a sidenote, any literature for someone of my intelligence/predicament?

If IQ wasn't one test but a 1 year program where you have to do all sorts of certain things different kinds of people would be considered smart. Smart people would still be smart.

There can be huge differences in g, spatial, and verbal, among all of the many other domains, verbal can be increased just by reading complicated material. Theres people with 160 verbal iq and 70 spatial iq

My IQ is 107 but the verbal portion is 150s and the math portion is 60s. Also I actually did an in person test.

Yes, I actually am one of those because my brain is severely impaired. I could only manage 3 of the math questions before it became too much.

In the Cartesius book I own, I managed Discourse, Rules for direction and Meditations just fine but when I got to Geometry I didn't understand a single piece of it and it was like trying to decipher an alien language.

Remember that online tests aren't accurate and they inflate your score to make you want to take more online IQ tests.

An actual IQ test would score different areas (math, verbal, general knowledge) and then your score is a composite of those numbers. Be wary of any test which isn't like that.

Lel what's the hardest text you're able to comprehend? I assumed complex reading shouldn't be possible with a quantitative capacity bordering on retardation. No offense, I'm just very curious how this works. What's considered an easy quantitative problem or operation that you struggle with?

This post >>24478321 is a good example of my reading habits. The philosophical portion of Descartes' work was easy but Geometry was incomprehensible. Rote numbers and addition are beyond me but anything else like poets or novels are fine.

I've got an IQ of 93; reading is the only thing that keeps my brain from completely atrophying.

How are you going to make a claim like 150 verbal IQ and 60 math IQ and then go on to do the math correctly but fail the reading comprehension part of the problem?
