Me too but that's because I started at 3am. The key is to force yourself to read more than that until you don't actually want to stop. You either read for 20min a day or at least 3 hours.

I don't understand why people force themselves to read? either you are in the mood to read or not. Sometimes I don't read for months and then suddenly read daily for 3+ hours

Time is limited and In the long run reading even though it's not my immediate desire will yield more in the future than doing whatever it is I wanted to do more.

Frankly speaking I have to force myself to read/watch any kind of fictional entertainment. If left to my own devices I'd spend all my time doomscrolling or youtube
