Be very critical about the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you experience. Does one lead to another? What's the chain of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that led to you thinking and writing that you feel broken? What systems are you a participant of (internal and external, actively and passively) that make you feel, think, and behave this way?
