I can tell this is poorly written, and the last paragraph is just pure cringe, but I don't necessarily see anything that would immediately alert me to the author not being a native speaker. Can someone explain in detail what exactly about the text makes it so apparent? I'm obviously only asking the native speakers (bold of me to assume there are any on this website, I know).

In fact I have the same question about the tweet in the OP. Aside from "it's very much a philosophy spirit of youth" and the missing article before "painting" it seems like pretty standard casual English to me.
