It's a good book with a grounded perspective on what makes a man a man. It also made me realize that imbibing a lot of millennial truisms is, in some way, inherently anti-masculine.

Now, that's not to say that that kind of strong-willed independence is wrong, anti-masculine, etc., or that even that masculinity is good, or whatever the case may be. But, it gave me a lot of food for thought as a loner.

Its not going to blow your mind if youre in touch with traditional masculine ideals. Tbh i dont remember too much of it, but from what i do recall it presents ideas more than the practical application of them, which isnt necessarily a bad thing but can lend itself to a midwit trap, generally speaking.
