It's easy OP, here are the steps to become a better liar:
1) Be born as a sociopath

Also, why do you want to become a better liar, OP? Lies don't last so keep to the truth for like 99% of the time and only use lies extremely infrequently to not get caught were it matters.
If you were caught lying you will be under a microscope anyway and no amount of skill will help you to pull off more without getting caught.
