Is it worth reading? I heard the main character is Jewish? Is it pozzed or keyed?

It's kind of pozzed but read it anyway.

By that I mean it ridicules antisemitism and depicts bodily functions very frankly. But I like it regardless, there is a great honesty that pervades the whole work.
