I find it touching. On an individual basis, most trannies are sad, broken, deeply confused people. The more genetically gifted ones enjoy a brief period in their youth as fetishized sex objects or token friends for rich hipsters, but day by day their lives slowly unravel and on some level they all know this. Of course I'm aware this interpretation wasn't intended, the author wrote this as a pity party and the progressive person reading it is supposed to blame the mother, even though they should be blaming themselves. I suspect that genuine trans people are reincarnated former versions of the gender they identify as. In other words, a person can be born as a biological male, but they were a female in their past life, and their sexual desires and attachment to their femininity were so strong that these desires/urges/this psychology passed on to the next life (despite being born in a male body). And vice versa for trans men, born in this life as a woman but they were a man in their past life and strongly identified with their masculinity then. I sympathize with their dilemma, although they can be a little whacko and overly aggressive or censorious sometimes about it. I think we should also admit, sexual dimorphism is the norm in lots of mammals, and in humanity (intersex people are the extremely minor exception). They’re still biologically male or female, but I will admit that they could be spiritually male or female or whatever, even if it’s the opposite of whatever their body was born as. I’m a very compassionate and sensitive chud. I’d get my dick sucked by a tranny chick if she was passing, for instance, and I’d even use her pronouns. I’m gonna head over to the boys on /pol/ and try to convince them to tone down the bullying on trannies, I really sympathize with you guys. I think you're underestimating the author's self-awareness. It opening up with

I know the answer to that is "nuh-uh, trannies are crazies!" sure, but they're pretty much all very aware of how weird not passing makes them to the average person, and you have those who lean into being weird or those who are clearly meek and sensitive about it. I've listened to stuff written by people in the former camp (ranging from good to dogshit), and a lot of it tends towards the insecurity of self-awareness and the (sometimes vitriolic) frustration of being able to do little to nothing about it, or the third position of not caring but being in a bubble.

Look at the lines about the mother and following, the author admitting that they don't pass and that they're in this third position relative to the mom (and everyone else). That's all coming down from the vitriol and exaggerated self-assuredness of the start. I mean
