Stand up for your self. Have confidence but don't let it make you into an idiot. If you don't know something learn it or find someone that does know it. Treat people well. Don't gossip. Take care of your health. Call out poor behavior of others. There are many ways to ways to control situations without violence. Tell your bros that you love them, because men don't hear it enough.

Good and bad are meaningless statements, therefore, the only way to interpret this sentence correctly is that by being convenient with other people when you are weak, you're the one being ripped off, by being convenient but stronger, you might get something out of it. Like how some famous people scam you with their formations and whatnot...

Else niceness is submission (submission is neither good nor bad since its meaningless) to the convenience of someone else. Everything moral is made so that you don't make those in power mad and jealous.
Women used to be bad for having free sex, because it was at the disadvantage of men in power, thus bad.
In some ways rape is bad because you are denying the claim of a woman to her body and that makes her mad, the same way a homeowner would get mad if you told them "it's my home now"
The social contracts asks that since everyone going apeshit at the same time might be detrimental to all of us, we will survive with a morality. There is no strength involved.
