Can nihilism be considered dangerous to those who don't fully understand it or is it a dangerous belief in itself?

>Oh no a dangerous thought! Better not ever think of it!
It's just the byproduct of realising that a previous cultural narrative is an insufficient failure. Tradition failed, then messianism failed, then rationalism failed. The weak-willed people will either pretend they didn't fail and cling to a structure they don't really believe in (conservatives), or become immersed in groupthink (progressives). You just have to find the new ground in your own experience. Pic related

>or is it a dangerous belief in itself? Not necessarily, athough there isn't exactly a static definition of the term Nihilism so really it depends on the context.
