Is there a Catholic Bible that has in depth reference for debating Protestants, Orthodox, Muslims, Jews, Pagans, Atheists, Agnostics, and otherwise non-Catholics?

Not really. You're going to want to study theology, read The Fathers of the Church, read a couple books on metaphysics and epistemology, and read philosophy. Then you're going to have to explore the ideas presented to you in debate honestly, research, and find truth. A good start is going to be a compilation of The Church Father's commentaries on Scripture and a Study Bible for whatever Christian sect you wish to refute. Even if you're Orthodox, Lutheran, Catholic, whatever, The Ignatius Study Bible is a great resource. There's really not a fast track resource for winning debates with /pol/ Pegans or /his/ Baptists.

Learn to notice the details. For example, the similarities between Jesus and Superman end only with a) doing extraordinary things, b) sympathy of followers. Superman is an alien who operates a closed catalog of powers that are useful in specific situations. Superman can even be treated as a god, but he is a Greek type god, closed within the framework of his individuality and quite limited. To a large extent, his divinity ends with strength and the ability to use it. Meanwhile, Jesus has no "power", Jesus is a soteriological figure who, instead of individual abilities, continues the actions of God himself, i.e. the process of Creation. One who follows Christ continues Creation. Jesus does not even have to perform miracles to have such a function (which is why he so often gives them up).

Traditional Catholicism affirms that the rights of God trump the rights of man, and God has a right to be worshipped the way he wants to be, namely in the manner expounded by the Catholic Church which His Son our Lord Jesus Christ instituted.

Catholicism died with the Enlightenment and Napoleon, there is nothing to debate.

The modern West is entirely based on Protestant ethics on a epistemological level.

I would never say this in person but I think all scholarship on the gospels proves Muhammad's claim that all these texts were distorted over time.
I do not know what to do with this information. Make a Catholic themed Islam?

You'll glean information like that from the original Rheims New Testament of 1582 (which basically was an apologetics Bible of anti-Protestant polemics), from the Haydock Douay-Rheims, and from the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible. However, there doesn't exist an all-in-one apologetics Bible that tackles all enemies of the Church. As >>24507799 said, you'll need to dig into individual theologians and Church Fathers for specific material you're looking for.

Haydock as per >>24518857 but you really want an apologetics manual such as that authored by Msgr. Paul Glenn and reprinted by TAN Books or, of course, the Catholic Controversy by St. Francis de Sales, or of course, Summa Contra Gentiles

Nearly 40% of the world's Catholics live in Latin America. Brazil alone has over 10% of all Catholics in the world, so his point about the West being based on Protestant ethics is correct. When you think about Catholicism think about Brazil.

The Talmud.
Literally the closest thing to an "in-depth debating on the contents of the Old Testament."
