are dinosaurs real? I'm leaning towards no
Most of science is a collective hallucination and I'm not even kidding.

>>24506961 (OP)Is this a daily christcuck thread, creationist editon, or is it the “science skeptic” thread from a retard shamed from /sci/? Either way label your idiocy correctly.

Dinosaurs? Real.
Jesus Christ? Also real and he died for your sins.
The Mammoth Steppe? Coming back.
Any questions?
>>24509833Based and agree. I'm a Christian but I'm not a science or evolution denier.
>mom, I'm being a based retard!
/lit/ is fast approaching being lower IQ than /b/, /v/ and /pol/ combined.
>>24511164I mean, almost every person has a lower IQ than that of three other people combined
>>24506961 (OP)Do you also believe the Earth is flat?
I don't believe for a fucking second that "Dinosaurs" were real. In fact the word "Dinosaur" itself is non-scientific and totally made up, you can look this up.
1. I don't think they existed.
2. I don't think they "were the ancestors of birds".
I agree with the poster who said that most of "science is a collective hallucination" because Dinosaurs are fucking bullshit. I do believe in Dragons though. When they find giant bones, what they are finding is one of two things; Either Megafauna, or Dragons. And by "Dragons" i'm talking Komodo Dragons but really fucking huge, just like every animal had a huge version back then.
>>24511068Yep. Pretty much how it goes down. If you ever been to a Dinosaur "Museum", you'd notice it's pitched to children. Because children are impressed by large fantasy creatures. If you pitched it as fantasy, kids would still go to the museums, because kids love to fantasize about weird things.

>>24506961 (OP)People take pure speculation - no matter how founded in scientific consensus it may or may not be - about what dinosaurs looked like equally as seriously as the outright embrace of outdated models that they just find cooler. No one would ever do this with real animals, living or extinct, because it's ridiculous. You don't get to prefer fiction to fact unless you're dealing with a context where fantasy matters. People are fatigued with pretending they still believe in dinosaurs, they want monsters.
