I'm going to give you the best advice ever. The key to comedy is a funny narrator. That's not to say a funny protagonist. Whatever POV you pick, the narration better bring the humor out of the ordinary, rather than rely entirely on wacky dialog and visuals. You cant write it in the same tone and style as your serious stories.

That is such a vague question as to be completely meaningless. You have to specify what form of comedy.
