In actual literature, to my knowledge probably Akasha from Queen of the Damned. Calling her a vampire god wouldn't be a overstatement.
Basically zero vampire weaknesses besides endless hunger, and genocided the vampire population with a thought. Killed a whole island of living beings in a single night as a fun snack. Just in general absurdly powerful.
