Thats an interesting concept, something that isnt too "stylish" it looks overdone and makes you look like a poseur kafka on the shore), it cant be anything traditionally considered "High quality and fancy" because thats contaminated by poseurs, equally done by wearing a shirt (shakespeare), it cant over-go facts to try to reach an effect or else you look like a tryhard poseur, it should be something slightly autistic because that is more natural, it should have an active fan base because fashion has to be contemporary or else youre a fedora, related to that if it has no fan base as in obnoxiously famously niche (epicurus) youre a hipster, unless its your own book then thats overwhelming utlitiarian, fitting, admirable, and entrepreneurial enough to over go all other rules, same if its a good friend's book, it needs to be well timely (you dont wear a tuxedo in a movie theater), it cant demonstrate any gross morals, especially it cant seem vain or attempt to project a quirky or kitsch stereotype of yourself, genuine interest, nothing to showy, maybe something you can strike up a conversation with
>phillip dick
>hp lovecraft
>manga
>cult classics
>cheap religious shirts
>local bookclub type merchandise
>sci fi
>fantasy
If you want something genuinely fancy wear a hugo boss shirt, not a fancy book

Murakami had an entire line of clothes come out from UNIQLO (Japanese Gap).
