Working my way through the horus heresy on audible in order, I'm currently on book 25 Mark of Calth, the last one Betrayer was amazing and also one of the most disturbing Sci fi horrors I've read.

What are your thoughts on the books and any other Sci fi horror that you can recommend on a similar level?

There's a horror anthology called Maledictions which starts off quite strong with a sort of riff on Event Horizon. Some of the stories are better than others, but on the whole I enjoyed it and it's a short read.
