This was by far the most autisically based
>roombas powered by cat brains, and that’s the least of the biomechanical horrors promoted by the text
>advocating for literal genocide (as in, testing people for a specific genome and then euthanizing them) with childlike glee
>said genocide is carried out by some sort of rollercoaster contraption that drops k-selected genomes off a rooftop before hordes of cheering fans
That’s not even getting into the many, many scenes of poor people suffering all rendered in loving, painstaking detail. I’m not claiming it’s necessarily worth anyone’s time but I can’t think of any other book I’ve read that’s this plainly unashamedly psychotic, it’s a rare unfiltered glimpse into the mind of a would-be despot.

I think the author would be genuinely upset if he knew people thought his brilliant vision for the future was anything other than perfectly logical, definitely worth exploring Boswell's motivations and psychology a bit. I'll see if I can find some exceptionally jarring excerpts to post later.

Yeah I picked it up when there was a minor craze of /lit/ selfpubs and people were challenging themselves to try and read all of them. This was one the cheaper/shorter ones so I got through it before I got burnt out by the effort.
