Is it worth reading even if we know its never getting an ending?
>>24520972 (OP)IMHO it deteriorated pretty heavily
>>24520972 (OP)Useless fantasy slop so no
>>24520972 (OP)One wiener next to another wieneeeerr
The earlier editions were great, way better than the reprints floating around nowadays.
Play the board game instead. It's fucking awesome. It originally came out in 2003, so I think it's the first adaptation of GoT. There's also digital versions for PC and phones if you don't want the physical thing.
>>24521000Ugly as fuck
Brazilian covers are the best ones
Its not even good
The tv show was better than the books and without the show nobody would read that shite or praise it
>>24521027>The tv show was better than the booksNo, it wasn't lmao I like the show but in terms of story and character development, the books win by a large margin
>>24521000I like them too, but it makes them look like generic fantasy slop
>>24521033Books are bloated with too much goofy shit and too many side characters and plots that donโt matter, the show refined Georgeโs loose slag iron into gleaming steel
>>24520972 (OP)>never getting an endingIf George dies, someone is ghostwriting the rest, right ?
>>24521271You mean when he dies? He said he doesn't want anyone to continue.
>>24521271How will fans cope with such a sudden and jarring improvement in the writing?
>>24520972 (OP)The first three books are worth reading. Just give up after that
>>24521071Bro I fucking knew 1000% someone was going to reply to me like that the second I hit post.
>>24520972 (OP)There are 15 life changing books you could read in the time it'll take you to read this slop. Like Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins.
Manga is more interesting than any western novel. So spare yourself the boredom and don't read these.
