You can also have a manga extension like tachiyomi/mihon for android. And you can add gestures for rotation, fit to width, crop to content. The latter are a MUST to read manga or PDFs, whatever where the content is fixed. And you can adjust contrast too, if the PDF or manga lacks blacks or has too much contrast.
Basically for me, it goes from clunky to move around, to match and exceed of going back and forth with a physical book. And it makes reading fixed form content like manga or PDFs perfect, which I thought was otherwise dumb to do in an e-reader.
