i can never get comfortable. when i read in bed the book is too close to my face and i have to crank my back backwards so it's not blurry. i can see it better if i take my contact lenses out but that's a chore.

the fact that I see no point in reading fiction (omg pls consoooom more escapism, I swear it is the superior medium of meaning) and that non fiction often could have been compressed into a ten page essay but authors are all narcs that love hearing themselves yap and circle around the same few concepts endlessly for 400 pages for no valid reason
