Spenser's Faerie Queene
Milton's Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained
Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress

It's also important to remember how much the Huguenots and Lutherans have contributed to world literature, since they mostly lie outside the knowledge of the Anglo world. Rousseau, Benjamin Constant, Jacques Ellul, Jakob Boehme, Friedrich Holderlin, even Goethe identified as a Lutheran in old age.

The Infallibility of the Church by George Salmon
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (yes, Shakespeare was Protestant. The theories trying to paint him as a secret Romanist are so weak theyโ€™re almost comical.)
