your misinterpreting Nietzsche if you think this is a critique Nietzsche believes that there is a negative state and positive state for example unartistic compared to artistic people related to the masses. This negation can be applied to any quality and society is much more complex than just unphilosophical or philosophical. Even if this is a valid critique Nietzsche would probably view the future historical development of english culture to be important before passing the same judgement. This is just intellectual laziness trying to throw shade on english writing and not living up to Nietzsche's expectation of seeking knowledge and being his successor's. The problem with 4chan nowadays is that it hates all english culture and therefore makes most users alienate themselves from their own countries.
