some anon recommended me a good one that i listened to a while ago i think it was called the procrastination equation which is different from most of these books. yeah, it has the "equation" or whatever and some stuff you can do which i forgot long ago, but the key part is it basically says procrastination is due to poor impulse control and you are a fucking spaz. it basically shames you into not procrastinating.
