Why is Dick not having a final last words speech before dying seen as making the play weak? Surely it was deliberate to contrast with him breaking the fourth wall constantly through the rest of the play? He breaks the fourth wall less and less as the play goes on.

Never heard this opinion before. Seems like a very weak one. After the feast that is the scene in the tent, I don't see how anyone could feel unsatisfied with his death.

I see the lack of final speech, Dick wooing Lady Anne too quickly, and the portrayal of disability the most when people are critical of Richard III

I guess I can understand more for an early play like Richard III, but the idea of there being common criticism of Shakespeare is really quite retarded. If Shakespeare isn't a perfect dramatist, then who is?
