you might be right. incidentally, in my experience the lad that mentions medicaid and foodstamps as the only benefit is right, though there's minimal paperwork for the medicaid. my town is full of beaners though, many of them alcoholics (several are ambulanced out of the park, passed out drunk, daily, all supervised by cops). my question or query is, are these guys getting housing or other aid? they don't appear to work, they don't know english, but they survive and afford boos and i don't think they're homeless. ive never seen any indication of like twenty living in an apartment anywhere. the typical guy is a shade under 5 foot
