Is this book worth reading?

It is good, but it is dry and long.

If you're interested in getting a 'go to whoa' understanding of economics, and are happy to do some extended reading, I would say look to Rothbard's 'Man, Economy and State with Power and Market': https://cdn.mises.org/man_economy_and_state_with_power_and_market_3.pdf.

If you want something simpler, it even has a scaled down 'Student's Edition': https://cdn.mises.org/Study%20Guide%20of%20Man%2C%20Economy%2C%20and%20State_2.pdf

Yes, if you want another recommendation in the "almost all of the bs regular people think about econ is wrong" genre, read Hazlitt, specifically pic related

Isn't that the book that tries to explain economy without any maths?
If so you should know that any "learn x without math" book won't actually teach you the subject x.
