If you're making books just a thing you check off so you can tell everyone you "read" it, you didn't learn anything. You can hardly hold a converation on the topic like that without coming across like you read a wiki summary.

You literally need 1 hour every day and you would reach 52 books. Nothing amazingly impossible.

No, text to speech. There's much literature out there that doesn't have audiobooks for them or a books best rendition.

You can absorb just as much listening while reading and it makes multiple reads abd studying far easier. I am very aware that the best way to truly absorb a book is through using your mind a lot while intaking information, playing around with ideas and asking questions. Maybe even reading it all multiple times to let it sink in. Guess what! You can do the same fucking thing listening.

The goal of reading a book isnt to read but its to absorb the information as best as you can and to understand the full context of the writers mindset.

It just saves more time listening and you can do other shit. You can absorb just as much listening. The best thing reading does for you is build grey matter.

You absolutely do not absorb just as much listening unless you're doing nothing but listening (at which point you should just be reading instead).

vs
>passive absorption while doing something else
gee I wonder which method helps you retain information better

Or you know, you could just read them the normal way. A book a week isn't that crazy
