Blue Train and Ackroyd are in public domain. I would not buy Then There Were None on principle of it being heavily censored.

I would also not be paying $4 for books at Goodwill come to think of it. You may as well treat yourself to 3 of those stuffed into your overcoat and pay for only one of them. Goodwill should not be charging you more than $1.50 for in-person purchases.

Are they actual hardbacks or glued? If real hardbacks 4 is ok but not a screaming deal given how many versions of these books there are. It’s not often they make each one a separate title, for good and bad (low page count).
ABC murders, Roger Ackroyd, Then there were none and Death on the Nile are core books of hers.

Second hand stores have blown up their prices and I’m not sure what they’re playing at. Either it’s some stupid “vintage” trend on social media making them feel like they should overcharge or they decided it’s just not worth it if they don’t collect X dollars per item. Actual thrifting is fucking rare now. I only have a couple of joints left where they will set like 1 buck a book prices and you can score real finds. At the usual fantasy prices I’m better off circling the book giveaway shelves in town.
