Okay /lit/, what authors/books would you model your ideal AI overlord personality around?

AI can't really do personality yet. Not convincingly anyway. It can hit basic sour/sweet/salty notes but it can't do anything beyond anime tier 1d characters and keep them coherent.
It doesn't have the ability to simulate a mind, its just drawing on past characters that exist, and different prompts will align with different characters. So the result is schizophrenic, 1 minute its Javert the next it's Lestrade.
You can brute force it with something like deepsneed's thinking instructions, but this will result in the aforementioned blended 1 note slop.
