the discussion here is good. i don't mind the utterly unconstructive posts. they're easily ignored amd their presence demonstrates that this place has close to no censorship, since if it did the people with nothing more to say than "kill yourself" would be the first to go. almost all the books/authors i choose come from 4chan, and i've found a great deal of books i wouldn't have found otherwise, such as the tartar steppe or the peregrine. maybe i could find a subreddit or something on which i could dicuss the faerie queene, my antonia, fightclub, and CRABS: THE HUMAN SACRIFICE, but not as freely and confidently as i do among my fellow anons. this place is good. don't underrate it.
