>>24560985 (OP) I read classics and philosophy but The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season one was amazing
I jerked off to hentais of that show so much as a late teen too
No idea on quality of LN itself but they tend to be childishly written in general
>>24561315 >The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season one was amazing It's fucking reddit, there's nothing interesting about a 'satire of sekaikei' that's just a normal sekaikei with some structural gimmicks. There's a reason the Japanese equivalent of the Rick and Morty copypasta is about Haruhi Suzumiya
>>24560985 (OP) This book series is a diamond in the rough, Tanigawa's characterization is exceptional and the plot is sui generis but his subtlety and expression is severely lacking. However what the books lack in subtlety the show writers utilized to its full potential using the books as guidelines and the medium to obfuscate the truth.
