The crystal comes from pressure, the crystals a stripper name, the crystals salvation, the crystals shine might be the closet thing to the divine light of gods creation, firing up my neurons with holy marker fluid, tightening my nerve system and bringing me closer to the beauty - God, I would love to be a crystal, so someone can cut me up and wear me on their finger.

Weed is normalized among zoomers. Zoomers are surrounded by weed since high school. Kids with their Chinese weed vapes sucking on that shit at every opportunity. It's only natural that the weirdo zoomers who find their way to 4chan are contrarians, as each generation of posters before them were. Zoomer normies love weed so zoomer chuds hate it.

so smoke less? mix more tobacco into your blunt? it's like complaining that vodka is too strong or something, yeah, well don't drink a 12 ounce glass of it like it's a beer, duh. personally tho i love getting blazed to the moon on insanely dank bud.

i was just marveling about how cheap this dank shit is. people say legal weed is too expensive, but in the 90s an 8th of kind bud hydro shit was like $50-60 and now in 2025 u can get the same quality for the same price, but instead of having to know some white dude with dreads who lives in vermont four months out of the year, you can just walk over two blocks and cop it from a store.

Anon, people smoke different weed types and hybrids exist precisely because "smoke less" doesn't give you a THC free high when your hybrid has both
Some people only really want one, some people want the two, and yeah if you're the type of person who needs a vodka bottle on hand, being the type of person who only want one glass of one type of wine because everything makes them sick might seem strange, but the people who need the vodka bottle are not the majority of the market

I was academically inclined since I was a little kid. I studied, I got good grades, but I needed to learn to work hard if I was going to be serious about post-secondary. I started smoking weed around 11th grade, right when I should've been putting my foot on the gas and developing better habits. I get into university but by then I'm smoking weed all day long and doing zero work. I drop out, 8 years later, I've smoked, snorted, and injected just about every drug you could think of and now I'm an apprentice electrician living in bumfuck nowhere. Next month I'll have 1 year completely sober and I feel better than I have in a long time, but it didn't have to be this way. Half my coworkers think I'm gay because they're a bunch of good ol' boys and I'm an introvert who never played high school sports. I make the best of it, I'm good at what I do and I'm well liked, but I could've been different.

Where I am it'd be hockey and unfortunately I missed the opportunity to give a shit about it. Good on you for not making that mistake though, sports really are the skeleton key of male friendship. It's not so much getting along with these guys that I struggle with anyway, I'm appreciated as an oddity, it's more so the frustration from being out of my element on a daily basis and the fact that I put myself here through mistakes I made.
>>24565857
Yeah I accept I'm probably a negative outlier, for instance I don't believe all the hard drugs I would do later were a product of my weed use, but I do believe that if I'd zigged instead of zagged where weed is concerned, many problems could've been avoided. I'm not preachy about it in my personal life but it makes me sad to think about all the people my age and younger who got blindsided by it.

Having done my fair share of drugs, I have to say weed is the only one that ever drove me into psychosis. I live in a drug infested shithole where coke and booze are the main scourges, but I think weed is just as bad. It also just fucking stinks and lifestyle stoners are really the most insipid of all junkies. I've seen people who are struggling to make ends meet dump half a paycheck of their minimum wage job on their smelly habit.

A childhood friend of mine followed your trajectory and killed himself very early on. It was tough, maybe the most impactful event of my life. It's been a while now. I'm writing a short novel as if I were telling it to him right now, in an effort to make sense of the aftermath of his death on my development and enduring shortcomings. It's cathartic.
I'm glad you're mostly through and on your way up, good job man.

I'm reading books from french "class defectors" to feel less alone lmao. They can be insufferable in their own right when they make theirs the misconceptions of higher classes about the poor. But I can relate with their frustration inside families somewhat lacking in intellectual sophistication or even curiosity.
Worst is the more I read, the more I realize how boorish I still am myself, and I'm past the age of being a student. My brain plasticity is not what it was. I'll have to work hard.

Depends on the brain and strain and a lot of other factors.
Cannabis is a godsend for some kids, because they're hallucinating and seizing because of epilepsy and similar conditions
There's also a social problem: a lot of psychosis is brief, especially outside the western world. A lot of religious and psychedelic experience can be framed as psychosis, and if you're in a society where visions are not as common as prayers, you're more likely to regard what is happening as medical rather than spiritual or philosophical or a weird aspect of god or nature or perception. Some of the weed fucked me up gang are ignoring other factors, just like a lot of kids who go to religious revival are ignoring a lot of other factors that went into their laying in the spirit.

You get exactly where I'm coming from, anytime I meet someone with neurotically self-conscious behavior, I immediately know they're a pothead and I'm invariably proven right. Methamphetamine is neurotoxic and literally destroys your brain matter. Suggesting it is evil.

I don't use any drugs or alcohol, am a Muslim. Consult this chart to understand why Muslims can stand being sober 24/7 365.

Why is it assumed that people need intoxicants to cope with reality? It says something about the spiritual state of an individual and the fallen state of society.

Yada yada... he went back to writing and started drinking again, like a king
