Yes the shartists likely wrecked the site. This is still the home of the elite reader. I don't know what an elite reader is but I'm inclined to say if EK and the esoteric Kantian revolution put the humble philofags in the spotlight and Gardner is still the prevailing king of lit then perhaps esoterotica is the way forward. In this capacity I only know nothing is esoteric or everything is esoteric. The first option may produce something esoteric by accident and the second is a process of sifting. If Strauss was right then most of western history needs to be re-examined. I'm not familiar with a speedy or efficient process for this that also produces elite esoteric material.
