> Foundation saga
Did you do the robot books and the prequel/sequels? Or just the original three foundation books?

> Robot short story collection, a bit hit and miss, worth it though.
I, Robot

> First two Baley books are great, although Baley starts off a bit of an idiot. Third was written later but picks up the story nicely. Fourth is the connector book.
Caves of Steel
The Naked Sun
The Robots of Dawn
Robots and Empire

> Seldon as a protagonist, i enjoyed these. Prelude was a little messy
Prelude to Foundation
Forward the Foundation

> OG trilogy.
Foundation
Foundation and Empire
Second Foundation

> Sequel story, a exiled senator and a horny old man search for Earth.
Foundation's Edge
Foundation and Earth

I read every book with Foundation in the title. I do not consider the rest to be part of the saga.
But yes, I did try reading the short stories. Not interested in them though

I recommend the four Baley/Daneel books then.

Caves of Steel and The Naked Sun stand up by themselves and are worth reading. There are also a few reveals and scenes in the Foundation Prequel/Sequel books you've read that only really make sense if you've also read those four.

Other than that maybe read the Three Body Problem books, once you get used to the Chinese names etc, it's a great series if you're looking for an original sci-fi series.

I don't read books anymore; nothing besides the UL documents and a couple of fitness books. I'm set for life, nothing else needed, feels good man.
