Books about how the logical conclusion of german idealism is national socialism?

I don't see how you don't hate Hitler and the Nazis if you're actually a fascist. They fucked it up for everything else. If we'd just had a nice little arrangement in Europe with Franco, Salazar, Dolfuss, and Mussolini, fascism would be no less respectable than communism these days. But the Germans had to wreck the whole thing.
