Has anyone seen this top ten list for "Best books of all time"? It looks like it was amalgamated by an army of 9 year olds perusing their class libraries and another army of middle aged Christian women (and maybe some 9 year olds too). Picrel is an actual screenshot from the website, but this site is a goldmine and I want y'all to read the comments on all these picks.

The descriptions on the entries are absolutely dreadful holy shit, imagine having the audacity to rank books when your own writing level is this low

It basically defined the whole subgenre of 2010s YA scifi set in a dystopian future society in which a teenage female main character fights against the powers that be and usually leads some sort of revolution. Extremely popular stuff.

Actually, I recall it was significantly more readable than its copycats, though it's been over a decade for me (and I was much younger with worse taste) so take that with a grain of salt. Divergent was another popular one, and that was completely awful slop. But my favorite of the subgenre was probably Scott Westerfeld's Uglies books, which I don't think managed to achieve any fame. I reread them a few years ago on a whim and they held up better than I expected, especially the last book, Extras.

Just imagine /lit/ adding their own comments and it's just a flood of the most bizarre, esoteric takes on every book.
