Bertotle's pamphlet is looking at country data from the World Health Organization classified according to religion per country, so "Atheism" is communist atheist countries like China and the USSR, "Christian" is generally the Socialist European countries like Italy, Iceland, Sweden, or Clinton's America, and "Muslim" countries refers to the George HW Bush's American-led Islamic countries like Morocco, Bahrain, or Kuwait where the west could get reliable non-manipulated data from, not to communist countries like Iran or Afghanistan. To see what the rates for "Jewish" would be just look at the WHO data for Israel, it's about 4/100k in 2021, which is about the same as Muslim countries not ruled by America (like Iran, Iraq, Afghnaistan, or Pakistan).
