Has anyone read the new Tom Holland? Has it anything of worth over the Robert Graves translation, or even J. C. Rolfe one? But really, how cucked in modern revisionism it is?

Ah, I see there's one by Catherine Edwards for Oxford Classics as well.

You should be suspicious of all new translations (especially by Emily fucking cunt cunt CUNT Wilson), since there is a wholesale effort by academics and publishers to wokify history and myth.
What's wrong with Graves? Why choose anyone else?

He appears to be stinted a bit. I looked at all the three mentioned for Tiberius section. He's the most ambigious regarding the vigin slave passage. Tom Holland it horrible there, though. Hard to read and sensational with unneeded RAPE.

I'll go with Catherine Edwards as main and Graves as backup. Ditching Holland.
