Any /lit/-approved books on how to think?
Recently, I've stopped any sort of study and even reading; all I do is use colloquial english. I think because of this, I think in conversations with people. I imagine scenarios in my head and how I would respond to them (I reckon this is why I have found myself speaking aloud to myself more frequently lately). Maybe this is an effective way of thinking, but for me it just results in gossip essentially. So I am looking for good books on thinking critically, logically, and deattachedly. I really cant stand going on like this.

Man. I hope one day you attune to your own soul enough to begin the process of self actualization and stop chasing archetypes for external validation. Then you won't need books to tell you how to think. Get that ball rolling my brother, best of luck

I'd assume something from a Greek philosopher. Anyone have that Trivium reading guide, I believe it referenced critical thinking skills
