If she's Orthodox in America chances are that she is racist and into the "aesthetics" (not a bad thing, just saying) so she won't have a deep knowledge of the Church Fathers or anything. If you want to impress her though just quote St. John Chrysostom and St. Basil or mention St. Anthony of the Caves or if she's actually ethnically Russian or Ukranian then bring up St. Volodymyr
